It’s hard to put in to words what makes Melton Primary School such a special place to learn, grow and work.
Having spoken to current parents and children, visitors and staff, the general themes that set Melton apart are:
- Focus on academic progress for each child, whatever their starting point;
- Consideration for, and development of the whole child, including their emotional wellbeing and social skills;
- Dedicated, supportive and approachable staff;
- Genuine care for each child;
- Range of extra-curricular clubs;
- Opportunities outside of the classroom (e.g. trips and performances at Snape and the Seckford Theatre);
- Strong sense of community;
- Spacious grounds;
- OPAL playtimes and Forest Schools throughout the school.
The best way to experience what we have to offer is to come and have a look around. Please email admin@melton.suffolk.sch.uk if you would like to arrange a tour.
